Korita Aviation has designed an integrated push-to-close locking system offering easy handling for rail service crew. The rail catering trolley door is securely closed with one push. 

Korita Aviation has ensured that rail operators can easily keep food and beverages chilled when inserting dry ice to the dry ice trays. This ensures that the contents of the rail catering trolley maintain cooled when needed.

The Korita Aviation four wheel braking system improves stability due to two strong crossbars that hold the wheels, pedals and brakes. The crossbars interlock with the brake cams and the twin pedals ensuring all four wheels are locked when the brakes are pressed.

We have designed this system to ensure rail operators can change parts easily, ensuring low maintenance during rail service operations.

Korita Aviation provides rail operators with various choices for the exterior rail catering trolley finish.

• A powder coated finish.
• A sublimated finish to decorate exterior panels in high-resolution imagery. A protective coating is applied to offer extra protection during catering washing cycles.
